This radio was designed in partnership with the Ulm Academy of Design in 1956. They dispensed with the grid of dots and instead instituted a neat row of lines for the speaker grid. Simple and stylish design.
This is an abstract graphic design print inspired by the clock face from the Braun ABW21 wall clock, which featured both a clock and barometer. Designed by Dietrich Lubs in 1980, the clock face is archetypal of those used on Dieter Rams clock designs.
